In honor of the Mid-Century Modern movement, Retro is me having a nostalgic moment. Mid-Century Modern is my favorite interior design style. I can visualize this painting in an early modern home of the 1930s or 40s. If you are unfamiliar with this style, I encourage you to check it out. It’s very unique. The furniture was known for it’s simple lines and functionality. The art, from paintings to sculptures, was often less simple and very bold.
